  1. Referral Eligibility & Commission Structure

Any eligible individual may refer a student and receive a flat referral commission of $800 per successful referral, subject to successful enrollment and confirmation that the commission payment has been released to the consultancy. Self-referrals and spouse-to-spouse referrals are not permitted.

If a referred student is married and their spouse also enrolls, the original referrer who referred the primary student will remain eligible to receive the referral commission for the spouse as well, provided all referral conditions are met.

For every referral received, SJ EduSolutions Inc. will communicate the current and applicable commission structure to the referrer. The commission payable for that referral will be based on the structure shared at the time the referral is received.

  1. Payment Conditions

Referral commissions will be processed only after the commission amount is released to SJ EduSolutions Inc. by the partner institution or service provider. Payment timelines may vary depending on third-party processing and internal verification procedures.

  1. Commission Transfer Policy

The entire referral commission can be given to one other person if needed. This is allowed only after a written agreement is signed and approved by the consultancy.

  1. Policy Updates

Any updates or changes to this referral policy will apply only to future referrals. Referrals submitted prior to any policy update will be honored under the terms that were in effect at the time the referral was received.
